Nothing Unreal is the mask that David Wittmer wears as he hunts the nocturnal soundwaves that prowl the cyber alleyways and incorporates them into his ongoing electronica projects. His first instrument is the bass guitar, and he blends live instruments with a myriad of computerized tweaks. Nothing Unreal will not be seen by a casual bystander but only heard through these various portals that humankind has become accustomed to listening to these sonic, trance-inducing explorations. In his private studio, this sometimes reclusive yet amiable, generous artist shapes and casts these molds to his whimsy, then releases them into the hither and yon.
